This policy explains what personal information Bookari collects when you search and book flights, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is a template and should be reviewed before launch.
Information we collect
When you search for flights we process the route, dates and passenger numbers you enter. When you book, we collect passenger details (names, dates of birth, contact email and phone) needed to issue tickets.
We do not store payment card details ourselves — payments are handled by our flight-booking provider.
How we use it
To search for and book the flights you ask for, to contact you about your trip, and to provide support over WhatsApp when you request it.
We only share what is necessary with airlines and our booking provider (Duffel) to complete your booking.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
To make a request, message us on WhatsApp or email the address in our contact details.
Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
